Eoin Daly is a Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company Malaysia and advises companies and governments on delivering performance transformations.
He is a leader of McKinsey’s Public and Social Sector practice and leads our government work in Southeast Asia. Eoin moved to Malaysia in 2010,
having spent ten years with McKinsey in London. He has worked with governments and state-owned enterprises on transformation programs in Asia,
Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Latin America.
Eoin’s recent work includes developing the ten-year Economic Transformation Programme for a Southeast Asian country, advising a national utility
on its transformation, helping a transformation programme for a large government institution and working with the government of a developing
country on the design and delivery of a social and economic transformation programme.
Eoin is the author of “The delivery challenge: A systematic approach to achieving breakthrough impact,” (2015) and “Delivery 2.0:
The new challenge for governments,” (2012).
Prior to joining McKinsey, Eoin was a strategy consultant serving clients in China, Southeast Asia and Latin America.
Eoin holds a Masters in Business Studies and a Bachelors in Commerce from University College, Dublin, where he graduated first in his class.
