Meter Data Intelligence Centre (MDIC)

Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) is an architecture for automated, two-way communication between a smart utility meter and data centre. The goal of AMI is to improve and advance customer experience with real-time information at their fingertips. Meter Data Intelligence Centre (MDIC) is the heart of TNB’s AMI project that monitor and control AMI.

TNB Careline

TNB CareLine is a central support and engagement for TNB customers. TNB CareLine consists of two main sections, namely Call Management Centre (CMC) and One Stop Engagement Centre (OSEC). TNB CareLine now operates 24 hours with the support of 500 skilled agents.
